A school is a team effort. It takes all of us working together to make the school effective, safe and happy. Our faculty and staff are dedicated people who enjoy their roles in the development of the children at the school. Most also contribute to the larger community in such ways as choirs, theatre groups, tutoring, coaching, boards, sports and service clubs.
Matthews Hall recruits teachers with Ontario teaching certification or equivalent who are in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers. Teachers with areas of specialist certification and with qualifications acceptable to the Head of School are preferred to provide depth of study.
